14.Infinity - Beat the game with the Doberman or Hound rating. You can also earn the face paint by capturing the Tsuchinoko snake and keeping it alive until the end of the game. It can be caught with mouse traps in various locations earlier in the game (Near the Chyornyj Prud swamp and the Bolshaya Past South mud bogs). However, it is easier to catch the Tsuchinoko in Graniny Gorki South after you fight The Fear. When you are captured by Volgin, your supplies are taken away - including the Tsuchinoko. When you retrieve your supplies in Tikhogornyj: Behind Waterfall, head back outside to tranquilize the now visible Tsuchinoko (Note: After you initially capture the Tsuchinoko, do not kill or eat it. Doing so will cause the Tsuchinoko not to appear later in Tikhogornyj).

1.The Sorrow's Corpse - Near the end of the Virtuous Mission, you get thrown off a bridge by The Boss. After healing yourself, you enter a cinematic that enables you to use the button to look around. Look left to see The Sorrow's corpse between some rocks.
2.Crocodile Cap - Found in Chyornyj Prud. Dive into the swamp and head left. Swim under the log and get out of the water. Follow the path in front of you until you see a climbable tree to your right. Climb it and then slide across the attached wire. Line up with the wire below you, then drop and catch it. Slide across the second wire until you are above the small island. Drop and you should see it.
3.Two Other Ways To Beat The End - Pick up the SVD in Ponizovje West. When you get to the Ponizovje Warehouse: Exterior, shoot The End in the head while he is being rolled inside on his wheelchair. Another way to beat him, would be to save at the beginning of the forest battle with The End. Wait for a week (Or adjust your system settings to speed up the process) and then load up your data. The End will have died from old age.
4.Mosin Nagant - This is The End's tranquilizer rifle. Beat him with the Mk22 to get it.
5.Scorpion - Found in Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing. In the room that is locked. Use these frequencies to unlock: (Very Easy - Normal) 145.86, or 148.13. (Hard) 146.95, or 144.41. (Extreme - European Extreme) 141.06.
6.Snake's Nightmare Minigame - After you get tortured by Volgin, you wake up in a jail cell. Right as you reach this part in the game, save it and restart your system or quick reset it by holding , , , , Select, and Start at the same time. When you load the data you just saved, you should enter Snake's Nightmare Minigame.
7.Conversation With Johnny Sasaki's Father - After you get tortured by Volgin, you wake up in a jail cell. Wait for the guard to throw in three rations. Each time he throws one in, pick it up and then throw it back out to him. After giving him back three rations, a cinematic will take place between the guard and you. During this cinematic you learn that the guard is Johnny Sasaki's father.
8.Jail Break - After you get tortured by Volgin, you wake up in a jail cell. To escape from the jail cell, either use the fake death pill, or use frequency 144.75 to unlock the door.
9.Ocelot In The Big Boss Cinematic - Beat the game and watch the ending cinematic where Snake is awarded the Big Boss medal. Right as the medal is being pinned on Snake, look out the window (Using ) to see Ocelot.
10.Metal Gear AC!D Codes - If you hold up certain guards on each difficulty, you can obtain several codes for Metal Gear AC!D. They are listed below:

5.Rassvet - Look through the cracked wall beneath the stairs.
Operation Snake Eater
1.Dremuchij East - From the starting point go straight through the small path. Turn left. It should be between some fallen branches.
2.Dremuchij North - Climb tree that is located in the northern area. Look across to see it on a hill.
3.Dremuchij Swampland - Head down path and go to left area where you see it behind a tree.
4.Dremuchij South - Head down, crawl under log. Turn left, climb over another log, and then look up at end of small area.
5.Dolinovodno - From the starting point, look across the right side of the canyon. It’s on the mountain side. You can get a better shot by walking across the bridge.
6.Rassvet - Beneath the stairs in the destroyed building.
7.Chyornyj Prud - North in the water near a tree.
8.Bolshaya Past South - Head up the east side. The frog should be between some trees.
9.Bolshaya Past Base - Under the desk inside middle building.
10.Bolshaya Past Crevice - (During the fight with Ocelot) Close to where Ocelot's men are waiting. To the right across the canyon.
11.Chyornaya Peschera Cave Branch - Near the night vision goggles.
12.Chyornaya Peschera Cave - Opening above where The Pain was.
13.Chyornaya Peschera Cave Entrance - On ledge in room where claymores are set up.

36.Groznyj Grad Underground Tunnel - (During the fight with The Fury) Stand at the red door and look south to red pipeline.
37.Groznyj Grad Southwest - Warehouse with cracked open door. Look to see on top of tank inside warehouse.
38.Groznyj Grad Northeast - Vent behind the outside of the torture chamber in Groznyj Grad Southeast. Crawl through vent to find it (Vent is part of Groznyj Grad Northeast and Southeast).
39.Groznyj Grad Southeast - Climb the ladder, then look right. It will be on the corner of the roof.
40.Groznyj Grad Northwest - On the stairs near the left watchtower. Stand on boxes to get a good aim.
41.Groznyj Grad Torture Room - Underneath the desk.
42.Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: East Wing - On the shelf in the upstairs room near the locker room.
43.Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: West Wing Corridor - Look out the window to the south. It's on top of a light post. Use a sniper rifle to shoot it. Also be careful because guards down the hall way can see you from where you stand.
44.Tikhogornyj - Downstream end of waterfall stream.
45.Tikhogornyj: Behind Waterfall - On pipe across from ladder.
46.Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab: Main Wing - In between two computers on the west side.
47.Groznyj Grad B1F - (During the fight with Volgin) Look up to the ledge on the left.
48.Groznyj Grad - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. It's where you first stop because of enemy soldiers. It's on top of the watchtower spotlight. Use a sniper rifle.
49.Groznyj Grad Runway South - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. On one of the forklifts.
50.Groznyj Grad Runway (Part 1) - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. Look forward in this area. It's on a sign to your left about halfway through the chase. Use a sniper rifle.
51.Groznyj Grad Runway (Part 2) - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. Look forward in this area. It's on a sign to your right at the very beginning of the chase. Use a sniper rifle.
52.Groznyj Grad Rail Bridge (Sniping part) - Save before attempting this one. On left side of bridge arc. Stand up to see it. Use a sniper rifle.
53.Groznyj Grad Rail Bridge - Save before attempting this one. This is the part where you fight the Shagohod while on foot. It's on the lower area of one of the watchtowers.
54.Groznyj Grad Rail Bridge North - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. It's between two road blocks near the end of this area.
55.Lazorevo South - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. If you are looking forward, it will be on the right in front of two rocks about one fourth through the area. It's also kind of behind a log.
56.Lazorevo North - (Bike chase) Save before attempting this one. If you are looking forward, it will be on your left near the beginning of the area. It is on top of a rock.
57.Zaozyorje South - Make sure Eva is out of danger and head down the left path. Start going across the log bridge, but stop halfway through. Look down to your left. It should be on the edge of a hill below.
58.Zaozyorje East - Where the paths fork, look behind the tree at the fork.
59.Rokovoj Bereg - (During the fight with The Boss) It is on top of one of the trees in the southern part of this area. Try to take cover behind the trees while searching for it. This way you won't be hurt so badly by The Boss while trying to find it.
