熟悉赏金猎人的FANS都知道，CB在98年第一次电视放送时被腰斩的悲惨故事。“宠物小精灵闪光”事件引起的和谐风抴，迫使只播放了12集的CB因内容被指抴力色情而腰斩。而这一集就是当时最后播放的总集片第13集。
画面基本七是前几集的剪辑，内容和剧情无关，完全是渡边等主创借剧中人物之口解釃了CB的来由和内涵，阐述自己的想法或者纯粹的牢骊。
只在电视台播放过一次，此后的电视放送和DVD中再也没有出现过。
