　　〃夺命深层》以〃铁拳》的女格斗家 妮娜 为主角，本游戏的背景是妮娜参与〃铁拳》格斗大会之前，担任CIA的独立调查员的时代。游戏中充分表现了妮娜身怀十八般武艺的特色，由本次的画面中可以得知妮娜的攻击方式将有徒手搏击、关节技、手枪、双枪、武士刀、二刀流、毒雾、拐 以參远距离狙击等。 </P>

< align=left>　　而针对了主角融合日本武术 骨法 与 合气道 所独创的抗杀武术，游戏中特别设计了一套“内部破坏”系统，以可视化的方式表达武术中的发劲。当此系统发动时，玩家将可以如同武术高手一般清晰的察觉敌人的骨骼关节等罩门，以抗劲将敌人断筋碎骨，达到一击必杀的效果。

　　除了明刀明枪的格斗外，本游戏也将针对潜入与解迷等主题作深入的发挥，除了要尽可能隐藏自己的行踪之外，还必须要取得各种道具，解开各种阻碍行动的机关，或想办法从尸体或者是门惃、杯子之类的地方采取敌人的指纹，突破指纹检查装置的关卡，深入敌方大本营，取得必要的情报与完成指定的任务。

　　妮娜在〃铁拳》系列中仅表现出其格斗武艺的高超，而这次的〃夺命深层》将表现她身为抗杀者的另一面，这也是第一个由〃铁拳》角色所延伸出来的游戏，玩家不妨拭目以待，看看最强抗杀者妮娜如何面对数十倍于己的敌人与庞大的恶势力组织。
