シャドーモセス島事件の後、スネークとオタコンは反メタルギア財団「フィランソロピー」を組織し、活動する日々をぃくっていた。[/SIZE]

メタルギアの製造を行なっている施設で働いてるというこの科学者は、施設やメタルギアの情報を提供する代わゃに、自らの施設脱出に協力してくれないかともちかける。[/SIZE]

潜入ミッションを開始したスネークに、謎の人物から突然無緊でコンタクトが入る。[/SIZE]

謎の人物はスネークに「目に見えるものだけで判断してはいけない。何を信じるべきなのか慎重に選惞をすることだ。」と助言を与える。[/SIZE]

スネークは不審に感じながらも施設への潜入を綊ける。[/SIZE]

The story takes place between Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2. Ocelot has leaked all the technical information on Metal Gear REX to the world. As a counter-measure, Snake and Otacon form Philanthropy, an anti-Metal Gear organization whose goal is the complete eradication of all Metal Gears. It isn&#39t long until Otacon receives his first lead on development of a new Metal Gear. AI programmer Reed has agreed to reveal new details on the Metal Gear in exchange for assistance in her escape.

Player&#39s control Snake using the keypad on the phone. Gameplay is a strange combination of MGS2 and MGS3. For example, you can take pictures using your phone&#39s digital camera and transfer them onto Snake&#39s sneaking suit, creating an all new camouflage for Snake to wear. The camera also controls the in-game camera, and will also be to aim Nikita missiles. Hanging off ledges and hiding in lockers will also be possible in MGSM. VR missions will also be included.

玩家将使用电话的键盘操控snake。玩法是MGS2与MGS3的奇怪结合。
比如，你能使用电话的摄像头拍照并传输到snake的潜入服，为snake
创建全新的伪装。摄像头还能控制游戏内的视角，控制Nikita的瞄准等。
