大家应该注意一下MGS1最后那一段的谈话（就是剧目完毕后的那一段对话－－好像是“左轮”与“总统”的对话），里面有一些蛛丝马迹的，也抗示了MGS2的一点东西。

那好像和MGS2无关，以前PS1有一个小游戏机(名字忘了)。MGS1的对话就是，激活Snake体内已经存在的毒药（Dr.Naomi注射那种，针对基因的），要某种解药才能保持不死之身。
惃PS1的储存卡放进去那个掌机，有另外一个MetalGear的小游戏，就专门拿解药的。
