Yohei Taneda, the well-known Japanese art director was responsible for Fuyajo, in which black and various vibrant colours blended into a perfect fit, bringing to life the "Fuyajo" aura of Kabukichō. By examining Fuyajo's use of colour, expression method, analysing the effects of the use of colour had on the film itself and the creative train of thought and the goal of the film maker, learning how to reproduce the night city's atmosphere, and how to mould the images of the people living in the night, utilizing these in one's own future creations
