找了一下,下面是某人根据偷跑的官方指南的内容打出来的
The Patriots (their founders, at least) are Major Zero, Big Boss, EVA, Ocelot, Sigint, and Para-Medic: The survivors of Operation Snake Eater who witnessed the sacrifice of The Boss. The Patriots were initially formed to uphold the ideals The Boss died for, using the Philospher's Legacy which Ocelot obtained some time after the mission.
Major Zero (the man with the same name as Null) and Ocelot orchestrated the San Hierynomo Incident to obtain further information on the Philospher's and their Legacy, and soon after the Patriots were formed.
Their original desire was to protect the United States in honor of The Boss, but they soon attempted to impose their political, social, and economic ideals on other nations, in order to try and standardize a uniform culture following the model of the United States. They lobbied businesses and governments and soon gained vast control on the world stage.
Big Boss' image was elevated to the status of a legendary hero through media manipulation to help shape the opinions of the societal elite. However, Big Boss gradually became estranged from Zero and disenchanted with the Patriots means and methods. He began to hate what the Patriots and, specifically, Zero had become. This lead to Zero initiating Les Enfants Terribles in order to clone the legendary genes of Big Boss as an insurance policy, should he ever turn traitor. Para-Medic (Dr. Clark) acted as the head engineer and EVA as the surrogate mother.
While Zero had sought to manipulate and control the world, Big Boss increasingly became obsessed with the idea of freedom, it's seed planted by the concept of Gene's Army's Heaven. He secretly, and illegally, reformed the FOXHOUND unit and set out to create Outer Heaven, his goal to distance himself from the Patriots and create a warrior's utopia, an essentially anarchistic nation where all citizens had total liberty.
The Patriots, lead by Zero, orchestrated the Outer Heaven Incident and used the cloned "son" of Big Boss, Snake, to unknowingly foil his plans. Again, this was repeated in Zanzibarland. In their second battle, Snake presumably killed his friend-turned-rival, Gray Fox, as well as Big Boss. The two were recovered by the Patriots; Big Boss' severly burned body was kept in a perpetual coma using experimental cryogenics, while Fox became a guinnea pig for Dr. Clark.
Zero was unwilling to foster a new generation of Patriots, and in an increasingly digital age, instead decided to develop an autonomous AI system to control and filter the free flow of information. He used Big Boss' unique biometric data as the sole key to the system.
However, unbeknownst to Zero, Ocelot and EVA, like Big Boss, had also grown to hate the organization and Zero. As Big Boss' ideals were passed on to his son, Liquid, and Solid continued to act as Zero's unwitting tool, Ocelot and EVA began their steps to take down the organization from within. The pair orchestrated the incident in which Gray Fox murdered Dr. Clark, and Ocelot soon after killed Sigint (Donald Anderson) under the guise of a botched interrogation attempt, ironically to keep him quiet.
The AI system network (including GW, TJ, AL, TR, and the master AI, JD) continued to grow and expand, evolving on it's own. Zero's physical condition had degenerated and he had long become a frail, senile man. No longer able to exert his control, the AI systems were left to their own devices, as Solidus, Raiden, and Snake continued to play out the idealogical struggle without ever being aware of it.
Devoid of an undrestanding of basic human emotions or the functionality of a society beyond a mathematical level, the AI systems began to exert a cold, calculated new world order, attempting to make a truly efficient society, developing a war economy for no other reason than that it was extremely effective. The SOP (Sons Of the Patriots) system would soon be put into practice, robbing humans of their emotions and any form of freedom in order to create a simple, practicle, and malleable "society".
However, the AI system was not perfect, commonly making errors of judgment and playing out the same routines and mistakes. Ocelot exploited these fallabilities and, drawing their attention to himself, manipulated their preferred weapon, Snake, until he had slowly, almost imperceptibly, been turned to face the system itself.[/COLOR] |
