关于saucy的解釃询问了一下外国友人，这是对方的回答。我也比较倾向“坏小子”的翻译。

I am not very familiar with Jack the Ripper, but in the context that would imply to me Impudent or Flippant definition perhaps; meaning of lack of respect towards other people. This is assuming it's not from code name or nickname that holds a secret/alternate meaning.

I just looked a little into the Saucy Jack letter can think the one I gave upon this correct. Because is it from an older era I doubt it is a slang, but being British may have an alternate meaning to the word which may have also changed since then also.
That's my guess off of - current - American English for that word. Hope it helps. Works for me, I would think killing people shows disrespect towards them, lol.

核实了一下，Unmanned Aerial Vehicle。没有武装的意思，不用改了。
