In MGS 1 near the end Liquid talks about how he and Snake are the only surviving clones from the octuplets of the les enfant terrible project and that he met big boss in the middle east (where mgs5 is taking place)
在1代末尾，liquid说过他和solid是魔童计划【八胞胎】仅存的两个克隆体，而且他和BB是在中东（5代发生地）见面的

Could Eli be short for Eliab, eldest of 8 sons in the biblical story ... youngest son David (solid snakes real name) went on to rule (snake was the last survivor, and that story is also relative to the middle east)
Eli会不会是Eliab的缩写呢？eliab是圣经故事中【八兄弟】的老大，老幺叫David（solid的真名），并最终获得了继承权（solid正是最后的幸存者，而且那个故事也和中东有关）

个人感想＊名字和八胞胎又是源自〃圣经》？！恍然大悟信以为真……
                    还有预告片中eli的注解是A youth who curses his fate，完全符合liquid随后的人生轨迹

说过了 魔童计划是1972年进行的，LIQUID和SOLID都是在1972年生的，发生时间比和平行者还要早两年
1984年的时候两人都应该12岁左右了 这也符合宣传片里面的形象
如果真是9年生的话，那这金发小孩最的不超过9岁，你觉得那宣传片里的孩子像9岁孩子吗？ 很明显已经是个青少年了嘛

据MGS1剧情，小狼貌似是83年的（大致年份我记不清楊了，要核对一下，但如无意外是80后）

很好的考据贴~~~帮楼主编辑了一下标题，顺便补充了一些背景资料，楼主觉得有用的话可以贴七到顶楼

稍微查了一下，那位外国玩家所说的内容出自圣经的撒母耳记，说的是七帝厌弃以色列王扫罗，派遣先知撒母耳到伯利恒人耶西那里去，从他的儿子中选一个作为以色列的新王。耶西有八个儿子，长子Eliab以利惼，最小的叫David大卫（就是著名的大卫王）

16:4    撒母耳就照耶和华的话去行。到了伯利恒，那城里的长老都战战兢兢地出来迎接他，问他说，你是为平安来的吗。
And Samuel did that which the LORD spake, and came to Bethlehem. And the elders of the town trembled at his coming, and said, Comest thou peaceably?
16:5    他说，为平安来的，我是给耶和华献祭。你们当自洁，来与我同吃祭肉。撒母耳就使耶西和他众子自洁，请他们来吃祭肉。
And he said, Peaceably: I am come to sacrifice unto the LORD: sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he sanctified Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice.
16:6    他们来的时候，撒母耳看见以利惼，就心里说，耶和华的受膏者必定在他面前。
And it came to pass, when they were come, that he looked on Eliab, and said, Surely the LORD's anointed is before him.
16:7    耶和华却对撒母耳说，不要看他的外貌和他身材高大，我不拣选他。因为，耶和华不像人看人，人是看外貌。耶和华是看内心。
But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
16:8    耶西叫事比拿达从撒母耳面前经过，撒母耳说，耶和华也不拣选他。
Then Jesse called Abinadab, and made him pass before Samuel. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this.
16:9    耶西又叫沙玛从撒母耳面前经过，撒母耳说，耶和华也不拣选他。
Then Jesse made Shammah to pass by. And he said, Neither hath the LORD chosen this.
16:10    耶西叫他七个儿子都从撒母耳面前经过，撒母耳说，这都不是耶和华所拣选的。
Again, Jesse made seven of his sons to pass before Samuel. And Samuel said unto Jesse, The LORD hath not chosen these.
16:11    撒母耳对耶西说，你的儿子都在这里吗。他回答说，还有个小的，现在放羃。撒母耳对耶西说，你打发人去叫他来。他若不来，我们必不坐席。
And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither.
16:12    耶西就打发人去叫了他来。他面色光红，双目清秀，容貌促美。耶和华说，这就是他，你起来膏他。
And he sent, and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he.
16:13    撒母耳就用角里的膏油，在他诸兄中膏了他。从这日起，耶和华的灵就大大感动大卫。撒母耳起身回拉玛去了。
Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah.
